This site will allow you to complete your annual enrollment during open enrollment from March 19, 2012 to March 30, 2012, if you wish to make changes.  Also, this site will allow you to edit your benefits if you qualify for changes during the year, and make changes to you personal information on file such as name change, address, etc.

Please visit this site to find information about dental, vision, flexible spending or any other Cafeteria Benefits you may have or wish to purchase.  Remember, you can only purchase these benefits within 30 days of hire, or once a year at open enrollment in August.  These benefits are for employees working a minimum of 30 hours/week only.
