The Gates County Schools Beginning Teacher Support Program is committed to helping new educators grow professionally and achieve success in the classroom. Through dedicated mentoring, professional development, collaboration, and ongoing support, beginning teachers receive the guidance and resources needed to build confidence and develop effective instructional practices.

We are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive environment where beginning teachers can learn, grow, and make a lasting difference in the lives of our students.
